A 5X National Coach and Staff of the Year recipient while at Cornell University, Penn State University and Elmira College, where at the latter won a National Championship as the Head Coach. Dean brings nearly 20 years of experience providing development, guidance and counsel to aspiring student-athletes, as well as providing counsel to hockey programs and organizations across North America.
